PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Letcher County woman’s federal child porn trial has been canceled, after she notified the court that she wishes to change her plea.

Nicole Combs, 34, and Eric Banks, 46, were indicted last year on charges of producing child pornography.

Combs is accused of engaging in criminal sexual activity with a 4-year-old boy on three occasions, while Banks recorded videos of them.

Following her request, a judge canceled Combs’ trial, which was originally scheduled to begin on Monday. A hearing will soon be scheduled in order for her to change her plea.

Banks pleaded guilty back in July. He awaits sentencing in November.
