CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Logan County man is heading to prison for more than three years, after pleading guilty to possessing weapons despite a previous felony conviction.
Jeremy Ray Vance, 39, of West Logan, pleaded guilty to felon in possession of firearms in federal court back in August. That’s despite a conviction for breaking and entering back in 2011.
In court on Wednesday, he was sentenced to 37 months in prison.
He is currently being held in the South Central Regional Jail in Charleston.
