CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Mingo County man will spend five years in prison, after pleading guilty to meth trafficking.

Paul Thomasson, 57, of Delbarton, was sentenced on Wednesday.

He previously admitted to selling meth to an undercover informant at his home in October of 2021. When police raided his home, they found more than a pound and a half of meth, more than an ounce of fentanyl, three guns and more than $12,000 in cash.

Thomasson remains free on bond until he receives an order to report to prison.
