COAL RUN VILLAGE, Ky. — Two pedestrians were struck by a car while attempting to cross U.S. 23 at Coal Run Village Friday night, killing one.
A man and woman were trying to cross the highway between Wendy’s and Rural King just before 10 p.m. Friday, when they were struck in the northbound lanes. Coal Run Mayor Andrew H.
