PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Two Pike County residents are in jail on meth trafficking charges. Josh Allen, 26, and Malinda Mounts, 44, both of Deadening Fork Road, were arrested Monday by Kentucky State Police. Each faces two counts of meth trafficking.

Court records provide very little information about the nature of the allegations against them, except to say a detective investigating a number of drug transactions found probable cause to arrest them.

Both are currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center.
