
PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County pair was arrested after police staking out a reputed drug house pulled them over for speeding.
Police were monitoring traffic going in and out of a home at Harold Wednesday afternoon, when they spotted a car containing Sandra Kaye Adkins, 58, and Jeffery Coleman, 58, both of Zebulon Highway, arrive and then leave a short time later.
Their car was pulled over in Pikeville a short time later for driving 58 in a 55 mph zone. During the traffic stop, police found meth and drug trafficking materials.
Both were arrested and charged with meth trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
