LITTCARR, Ky. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Knott County girl who ran away from her foster parents’ home.

Police say Alison Haggard, 15, of Littcarr, left the home Sunday. She was driving a red Chevy Cruze owned by her foster parents. The car has damage to the back bumper and had a handicapped placard hanging in the window.

Haggard is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 135 lbs., with brown and blonde hair and blue eyes.
