PIKEVILLE, Ky. — The Pike County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a man who has been missing for a week.

Jarrod Edward Moon, 37, of Stone, was last heard from on May 1, when he sent a text message to a family member. He was believed to be traveling to Logan, W.Va., for a job interview and he has not had contact with family since.

Moon is described as 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 300 lbs., with green eyes and a beard and mustache. He was last seen driving a 2013 Kia Optima with Kentucky plate 100-RNW.
